About Me
Olivia is a registered dietitian nutritionist who believes nourishment is a powerful foundation for long-term health and well-being. She takes a functional and holistic approach to nutrition care, recognizing that dietary habits, lifestyle, stress, and environment all work together to influence how the body feels and heals.
Her interest in nutrition began early while gardening with her grandmother and witnessing her navigate diabetes. Seeing how deeply access to nourishing foods and supportive care can shape someone’s health inspired Olivia’s passion for helping others better understand and support their bodies through mindful eating and lifestyle choices.
Olivia enjoys working collaboratively with patients to develop practical, sustainable habits that support whole-person wellness. Her goal is for patients to feel empowered in their relationship with eating and confident in the choices that support their health.

Outside of the clinic, Olivia enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest, yoga, experimenting with new recipes, discovering local restaurants, and experiencing art and live music.
